This is a one-hour 26&2 class derived from the Bikram Yoga method. We follow the same standard class format, with one set only for approximately half of the 26 postures. Class feels more condensed than the standard 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga, and there is less time for the teacher to offer additional cues. To make the most of the time, we encourage all practitioners to pay extra attention to precision, moving together, and finding stillness during and in between postures. Practicing in this way develops mindfulness and intensity and supports great energy in class. Enjoy!

This is one-hour flow-style class aims to be both "difficult and doable," for a varied, fun, and challenging yoga fitness practice. Similar to the Bikram Yoga methodology, the yogahour® curriculum is grounded in principles of anatomical alignment, and the instruction style is direct, step-by-step, and focused, for all levels from beginner to experienced. This class is warm, but not hot.

This is a one-hour 26&2 class derived from the Bikram Yoga method. We follow the same standard class format, with one set only for approximately half of the 26 postures. Class feels more condensed than the standard 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga, and there is less time for the teacher to offer additional cues. To make the most of the time, we encourage all practitioners to pay extra attention to precision, moving together, and finding stillness during and in between postures. Practicing in this way develops mindfulness and intensity and supports great energy in class. Enjoy!

This is one-hour flow-style class aims to be both "difficult and doable," for a varied, fun, and challenging yoga fitness practice. Similar to the Bikram Yoga methodology, the yogahour® curriculum is grounded in principles of anatomical alignment, and the instruction style is direct, step-by-step, and focused, for all levels from beginner to experienced. This class is warm, but not hot.
