The intermediate class is a hot 90 minute class that builds on the foundation created by the 26&2 sequence. In this class we will begin to introduce skills and develop body parts that are needed for things like arm balancing, leg over the head and lotus.

No advanced skills are needed to participate in this class, but comfort with the 26 and a desire to expand is essential.

Structured by Esak Garcia, this class prepares students for the more complex 84 posture advanced class, from which Bikram yoga was derived.

Kim Tang leads a fun and social seminar-style posture clinic addressing the Bikram Yoga sequence in more detail. 
 
We strongly recommend taking Kim's Saturday morning 10 AM Master Class to warm up so you can fully participate in posture clinic.
 
Clinic begins at 12 PM, following the morning class. After class we break for refreshment, shower and change, have a light lunch and we cool down the room. Bring something to sit on if you like. Ask questions, watch demonstrations, and take notes! Posture clinic is an AWESOME way to get to know your own practice, your teachers, and your fellow practitioners! 

Five-time California State Yoga Asana Champion, Coach and Teacher, Kim Tang has expanded far beyond the 26, or even the 84, inviting the wisdom of the ages and of multiple disciplines into her practice. At the base of everything is the 90-minute Bikram Yoga moving meditation.

Community Drop-in

Start your weekend with hot yoga! This BIKRAM YOGA class is open for a half price $10 drop-in to non-members. An easy way to try out a class and to check out our studio. Friends encouraged! Everybody welcome!
