Practice the Bikram Yoga sequence in a silent or near-silent class environment. The teacher leads by practicing together with the class, cuing only the transitions between postures. 
 
Silent practice encourages practitioners to refine their focus both internally and externally, relying both on "listening" to the body more explicitly, and on growing more consciously aware of the group dynamic by moving together throughout the sequence.
 
All levels welcome. Beginners to Bikram Yoga, please note that the regularly scheduled 90-minute class will provide thorough instruction for the whole sequence, and caters to beginners as well as all levels.
 
Silent class runs approximately 75 minutes.
