This is an extended, two-hour version of the classic 90-minute hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Designed for ALL LEVELS, including beginning and brand new students. The extra half hour allows time to get into some posture details, benefits, and individual corrections.
 
Have a burning question? This fun and social Friday evening begins with a lobby Q&A chat with Brad during reception. Doors 5 PM; Class 6 PM. Come early and join the discussion.

ABOUT BRAD
President of the Canadian Yoga Federation, Brad "FIRE" Colwell has hosted, judged, and emceed yoga competition events in Canada and the US, including the International Yoga Championships in 2016.

Certified in Bikram Yoga in 2000, former studio owner for 11 years, and yoga athlete coach in youth, female, and male divisions, Brad has been teaching yoga for 17 years.

He is passionate about yoga and health, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Brad teaches form and alignment without pushing past limits, in a full energy class that makes yoga understandable and enjoyable!
