Esak has been practicing and teaching hot yoga for over 25 years. This workshop focuses on posture technique, with a focus on creating mobility in the hips and getting upside down. Bikram yoga provides us with an amazing foundation in yoga asana. In this workshop we will begin to build additional skills on that foundation and explore postures found in the e84 intermediate class.
