Winter Solstice is an opportunity to acknowledge the shortest day of the year as a return to the light. It is a powerful time to both reflect upon & set intentions for the coming year. Like a seed, an intention must be planted & nourished with patience and love. It cannot grow if we cling to it, it must be released. Activate your intentions for the new year by turning inward, moving slow, breathing deep, & learning to see in the proverbial dark.
A practice opportunity to reflect, to move, and to release. Expect slow movement with longer holds, breath work, and meditation.
