This SPECIAL NEW YEARS class offers slow YIN YOGA with pranayama to prepare for YOGA NIDRA meditation. This practice quiets the mind, reduces tension, and promotes deep relaxation. We will clarify and set intentions (Sankalpa) for the year ahead. Experience deep peace that will follow you into the new year.
YOGA NIDRA, “the sleep of yogis,” is an accessible meditation leading to a quiet, transcendent, and blissful state, and is usually practiced in savasana.
