Review and practice the application of select yoga alignments over three 45-minute sessions. This series will include both basic tools for beginners and developing knowledge for intermediate practitioners. Focusing on spinal positions and what “lock the knee” means. A more informal format where questions are encouraged. Achieve a better understanding of how your body can function in a Bikram Yoga class and then apply what you have learned in the 4pm with Anastasia*.
