You can do it! We know how much courage it takes to try something new. Boost your confidence by learning about what to expect and how to prepare for your first class. Arrive about 15 minutes early to register and meet the teacher before class begins.

The Found City Yoga class schedule is built around our daily Bikram Yoga classes, with seven types of yoga class to choose from.

Bikram Yoga

This ORIGINAL 90-minute hot yoga will help you restore your health, build your mind-body connection, and realize yourself. Safe, effective, and suitable for everybody.


This CHALLENGING class concentrates on core power, flexibility and upper body strength, to improve your overall fitness. Suitable for regular practitioners.

Level II

This INTERMEDIATE class introduces the classic Ghosh 84-posture sequence, to open your body and deepen your practice. Suitable for experienced Bikram Yoga practitioners.


This FLOW STYLE class emphasizes form and refinement, and aims to be the most doable and difficult one-hour flow class available. Suitable for all levels.


This RELAXING class improves range of motion, joint health, and deep stretching. Longer postures, slower pace. Suitable for all levels.


This ONE HOUR class condenses the original sequence to move through most postures once only. Recommended for injury-free regular Bikram Yoga practitioners.


This BIKRAM YOGA Class offers a $10 drop-in rate to non-members. An excellent way to your week and start your Friday night. Everyone welcome!
